The site comprised 6200m2 of commercial land and buildings which Finstar subdivided into three titles.
Working closely with Counties Toyota over a two-year period, Finstar was able to source a suitable site and work through design options to complete a new dealership facility for them in mid 2011. A fantastic result was achieved by all.
