This office/retail building, once occupied by the Maori Development Corporation, suffered a chequered tenancy history with the failed Modern Age English School.
Finstar undertook a $1 million dollar refurbishment of the property commencing in June 2004. This provided strata titles for two retail units and six office units (approx 300m2 each).
All the units were sold to owner-occupiers and investors by September 2005.
