Previously a car yard opposite Lynmall Regional Shopping Centre, the existing property and buildings were unit-titled into four sites, and the building fronting Great North Road was extended and redeveloped to incorporate two bulk retail tenancies, which were leased to Dick Smith Electronics and Lighting Direct.
The development was completed in 2002.
