About UsCameron Loader and Craig Rathbone combined early in the new millennium to source, manage and deliver commercial property development opportunities. They formed Finstar Management Limited and have since developed a broad range of quality products across the office, industrial and retail property markets. Finstar believes in making a difference. A few achievements include: developing the first Bunnings Megastore in Australasia within a brownfield building; reconfiguring a dated South Auckland neighbourhood shopping centre to provide the local community with a much-needed communal facility; notably, being Auckland’s most prolific developer of retail convenience centres. Finstar also recognizes the impact the building industry has on the environment and the need for participants, such as developers, to provide leadership in sustainable practices. To this end, they continue to ensure new developments meet, where possible, a high level of compliance with environmental standards. Since late 2009, Finstar has purchased several properties in the greater Auckland area, as well as from the Rodney Council, Melanesia Trust and others. In 2011, Finstar commenced its first development since the global financial crisis with a three-stage project on Great South Road, Papakura. The Finstar TeamCameron Loader Having graduated from Massey University with his property degree at the end of 1985, Cameron has subsequently operated in all forms of the commercial property industry. He has during that time been primarily based in Auckland but has had involvement in office/industrial and retail property transactions throughout New Zealand, and has spent time operating in the United Kingdom and Australian property markets. More recently he has acted in various capacities for listed property companies such as Property For Industry/Urbus (now Argosy) and other national and multinational companies. He has also acted for local body and Government SOEs, such as Waterfront Auckland and NZ Post. Cameron maintains an active role in Finstar and continues to be intimately involved with all facets of development, including heading work teams and negotiations for site selection, RMA consents, developping design, construction management, leasing and sales. In the past, Cameron has been an active and long-time member of industry bodies, such as the Property Management Institute and The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand. Gull Service Stations, Kumeu and Papakura

Two new unmanned Gull service stations were developed in 2013, each selling at a yield in the low 7% range.
