Working with Foodstuffs North Island, we developed a retail and hospitality precinct, to sit alongside a 2200m2 New World supermarket. The centre opened in early 2016 providing 1800m2 of specialty retail offer along with a 900m2 purpose-built, four tenant hospitality precinct.
The development won a NZ Property Council Retail Merit award in 2017.
