Finstar purchased 2.7ha of land adjoining the Mangere Town Centre in conjunction with Foodstuffs NZ Ltd.
Finstar completed a convenience retail development in February 2006, which included tenants such as TAB, Red Rooster, Blockbuster Video, Pizza Hut and Subway.
