A former 3 Guys supermarket site of 7000m2 located at one of the main entry points to Pukekohe, a community of 15,000 people south of Auckland.
The existing 2000m2 building was refurbished to provide premises for 10 retail tenants, including Foodstuffs Auckland Ltd’s first concept liquor store. A 550m2 retail annex was built in the car park along with a stand-alone pub, all on-sold as one lot in early 2007.
