Cameron Loader
Cameron graduated from Massey University with a property degree at the end of 1985 and has since operated in all sectors of the commercial property industry.
Primarily based in Auckland, he has been involved in office, industrial and retail property transactions throughout New Zealand, but has also spent time working in the United Kingdom and Australian property markets.
More recently he has acted for listed property companies, such as Property for Industry/Urbus (now Argosy), and other national and multinational companies. He has also acted for local body and Government SOEs, including Waterfront Auckland, the forerunner of Panuku Development Auckland.
Cameron maintains an active role in Finstar and continues to be intimately involved with all facets of development, including heading work teams and negotiations for site selection, RMA consents, design development, construction management, leasing and sales.
Cameron has previously been an active and long-term member of the Property Management Institute and the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.
Craig Rathbone
After graduating from Otago University in 1988, Craig joined the Auckland office of Caltex Oil New Zealand Limited. He soon moved from a sales role into property development, focusing on site selection for Caltex retail locations.
Craig left Caltex in 1998 to head up the Auckland office of Waltus Property Developments Limited, which formed the development arm of the Waltus Group. At that time, the Waltus Group managed over $470 million of property in New Zealand.
Since co-forming Finstar in 2002, Craig has undertaken numerous retail developments, utilizing his skills in development management and the long-term relationships he has built up with many national retailers.
David Tippett
Upon obtaining a Bachelor of Property Administration from Auckland University in the early 1990s, Dave worked for BNZ in their Credit Recovery and Property Management divisions.
After a period of time overseas in the mid-1990s, he returned to New Zealand and worked as a commercial agent for two international real estate companies, specializing in industrial sales and leasing.
In 2002, Dave joined development company Kensington Properties where he spent four years focusing on sales and marketing and resource consent facilitation.
Dave joined the Finstar team in 2006 to oversee the redevelopment of the Clendon Shopping Centre, concentrating on new tenant negotiations and existing tenants’ relocations and fitouts.
He currently specializes in procuring and delivering new projects, and consulting to high net worth individuals and corporates.
